Manhattan Beach Real Estate Market Update April 2017

Manhattan Beach real estate investment in April produced a 50% increase in total sales month-over-month.

During this time the median sales price dropped 23.8% or by $612.5K.

As both total sales and net listings improved the sales-listing ratio increased 44.2%.

Last, analysis of the year-over-year months of inventory metric revealed a 25% decrease from April 2016 to 2017.
