Manhattan Beach Real Estate Market Update January 2017

To start the new year, Manhattan Beach real estate activity in January produced mix results beginning with a drop in total sales of 4.2%.

But, the median sales price during this same period of time improved $687.5K or 38.5%.

Though, because both closed escrows and net listings decreased the sales-listing ratio followed suit and fell 8.9%.

Finally, evaluation of the year-over-year months of inventory metric showed a 20% reduction from January 2016 to 2017.
