Manhattan Beach Real Estate Market Update July 2015

According to the MLS, the Manhattan Beach residential real estate market closed 32 escrows in July.

During this time, however, the market median sales price dropped $745K or 31%.

Although listings jumped 8.9% from June to July this was offset by a 8.6% decline in total sales, resulting in a 15.9% shaving of the sales/listing ratio.

Finally, a review of the year-over-year months of inventory shows a 36.4% rise from July 2014 to July 2015.
