Redondo Beach Real Estate Market Update April 2017

Investment in Redondo Beach residential properties slowed a bit in April as total sales decreased 10% compared to March.

The median sales price also adjusted down by -4.4% or -$43.5K.

Despite a 15.3% increase in net listings the sales-listing ratio dropped 21.9%.

Finally, year-over-year months of inventory metric showed a 100% increase from April 2016 to 2017.
