Barely surpassing January’s performance data, the Torrance real estate market produced 3.4% more sales in February.

Unfortunately, falling off pace was the market median sales price, which dropped 10.3%, or $71.25K.

Because net sales held fairly constant while listings increased 27.2% it is easy to understand why the sales-listing ratio decreased 18.5%.

Finally, upon reviewing the year-over-year months of inventory metric it appears February 2015 to 2016 didn’t budge from the 3.0 mark.
